How does overage billing work?
Each paid plan includes a base amount of processing minutes. If you exceed your included minutes, you're billed per additional minute at your plan's overage rate — $0.08/min for Starter, $0.05/min for Scale. The free tier has a hard cap with no overage.
How do I switch plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from this page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your billing period so you keep your current features until then.
What happens when I hit my limit on the free plan?
Processing stops until the next billing cycle. Upgrade to Starter or Scale for overage-based pricing so your workflows never pause.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do unused minutes roll over?
