FAQ

How does pricing actually work?

Every call consumes credits at a per-endpoint rate (see the table above). PAYG bills you for total usage at month-end. Builder and Scale prepay a bundle of credits with their monthly base; once the bundle runs out, additional usage continues at the same per-endpoint rates and shows up on the next invoice. Same rates everywhere — the commitment plans just discount the bundle, not the per-call price.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Each monthly grant on Builder and Scale is valid for 60 days from the date it was granted. Credits are consumed oldest-first, so your most recent grant carries the longest tail. PAYG has no bundle — only usage you incur is billed.

How do I switch plans?

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from this page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your billing period so you keep your current bundle until then.

What happens when I hit my limit on the free trial?

Once your $5 in trial credits is consumed, requests start returning 402 until you add a payment method. The fastest way to keep going is to upgrade to PAYG (no monthly fee — pay only what you use).

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) via Stripe Checkout. Invoicing for Volume customers is arranged separately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. For PAYG you'll get billed for any usage in the current period. For Builder/Scale you'll keep access (and your remaining bundle) until the end of the current billing period.
